Turning pages into images is what you do when a PDF needs to go somewhere that does not accept PDFs: a slide, a web page, a chat message, a design tool, a printed proof.
Every page renders locally on your machine as a high-resolution preview, and each one downloads as a standard PNG or JPG file — there is no resolution setting to configure; the render scale is fixed.
Nothing you do here is uploaded. The file is read into your browser's memory, processed by code running on your own machine, and written straight back to your downloads folder. You can confirm it yourself: open DevTools, switch to the Network tab, and run the tool — there is no request carrying your document, because there is no server endpoint to receive it.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose JPG or PNG?
PNG for pages that are mostly text, diagrams, or flat colour, because it stays sharp. JPG for photographic pages, where it produces much smaller files.
Can I control the export resolution?
Not currently. Every page renders at a fixed scale, which looks sharp on screen but is below typical 300 DPI print quality — there is no DPI setting to raise it for glossy print reproduction.
Can I download every page in one action?
Not as a single archive today — each page has its own PNG and JPG download button, so exporting a long document means downloading the pages you need one at a time.
