PDF Vault is free for three operations a day with no account required. Pro removes the daily limit for $10 a month billed yearly, or $15 month to month.

Both plans process documents identically — entirely on your own device. Paying does not move your files to a server; it removes the daily operation cap and unlocks the tools aimed at professional workloads, including Bates numbering for legal production and saved signature templates.
